Specially formulated to work in harmony with Red Carpet Manicure’s Brilliance Seal & Shine Top Coat Gel; this nail cleanser will assure a high shine finish by removing tacky polish residue without drying the skin. Tip: Can also be used prior to applying Prep Max Adhesion Sanitizer for a freshly cleansed nail surface.
